This Web blog was created from a desire and passion to meet the needs of NVQ learners within the Health and Social Care and Co- NVQ Assessors.
Starting out with NVQs can be very difficult and you might just be feeling, do I really need to do this. The jargons I need to deal with are just not what I require to do my job effectively.
You are even thinking of quitting and your employer has told you its compulsory for you to complete this NVQ in order to keep your job.
We understand the way it feels and that’s why this site has been created to demystify all the jargon within the NVQ, to simplify the Knowledge Specification that are not actually questions in itself but your assessor has asked you to give answers to them.
We figured out that you should find the performance criteria easier to understand but you might find reflective writing difficult to approach therefore all our packages come with a guide to reflective writing and an example which is fully referenced.
Our dear Co – Assessors may also be struggling with the volume of support each learner requires which should be individualistic and you just don’t think some of your learners will be able to complete the award. You can direct them to this site and we will do the best to support them.
