hi! i am doing nvq3 at the moment, and im just finishing it right now, my assesor gave me my home work about reflective account: evidence for each unit, that i can put it all on one piece, in this i need to include how i communicate with the residents, how i check their hearing aid, glasses are clean, how i check health and safety before i do any work, how i check that the hoist is working and that the slings are in good order before i do any moving and handling, how i complete some activities with the residents at the weekend this could include cutting nails, painting their nails, and the final bit how i would report abuse if a resident told me that they were being abused in any form. >please help me with this and im willing to pay for that.thanks
