2010 and you have set goals with practical step by step plans that will

achieve those goals. But
perhaps you
haven’t done so; I will advice to do so as soon as possible,
give your actions
a definite direction by setting your goals and plans, and then work out
your
plans. It is important to ensure that your goals and plans include your
professional or career development because this has a direct effect on
your
life especially if you desire an increase in income for
2010 or a change in your lifestyle for the years
ahead. To add value to one’s life most often requires a
conscious effort and a
deliberate action taken.
My word to you in this New Year is that if you have commenced any of the NVQ courses; make up your mind to complete it. If you are contemplating on enrolling on an NVQ course in 2010, stop hesitating, take action and just add it to your to do list for the year and make it work. “Wisdom is the principal thing and with whatever you get, have understanding with it”; be your best in 2010.
If
you have not
written out your personal or professional development plan for this
year, do it today. Make sure you do so. Write out what your
achievements were
last year and what you hope to accomplish this year. Do researches on
the
internet on how to achieve these or simply discuss with your line
manager as
soon as possible so you can set your professional development plan for
2010.
